Use this vapour check valve to return vapour to the truck during terminal loading and service station drops.

The 3" poppet opens when coupled and closes when disconnected, preventing the vapours from escaping into the atmosphere.

Anodized Aluminium construction, Stainless steel stem and spring, Buna-N gasket & Aluminium guide.

Meets API RP 1004 standard.

These lockable vapour caps act like dust covers, but won’t activate the air interlock valve when used on vapour check valves and adapters.

The air-operated valve allows fast vapour flow during loading and unloading.

The poppet is designed to open into the tank, preventing accidental leakage from product surges or from a tank truck rollover.

Easy-to-use air line connections are located outside the compartment for convenient installation and maintenance.

The 31/2" vapour valve comes with male NPT threads or a TTMA flange for installation in conventional 16" or 20" manholes.

Single sockets are manufactured following API RP1004 and are compatible with all overfill monitor plugs.

These sockets are moisture-proof and have stainless steel contact pins in a bakelite housing.
